This year Samuel was very happy to be the center of attention. He smiled and giggled through the singing, candle blowing and present opening.
He is still such a sweet boy. Much calmer than the girls were at his age. It always surprises me when I tell him to do something, such as give a toy back to Mary, and he actually does it. Not to say that his behavior is perfect, he is two, but he is generally a very agreeable child.It seems that all of the pictures of cake and presents are in video format. The present opening is about four minutes long, so I will not inflict that on anyone, but here is the cake blowing:
