And here is a picture of my poor boy after some malicious venomous insect attacked him.Samuel got bitten by something; spider, mosquito, who knows. The day after it happened the area between his eyes was a bit swollen. When he woke up today his left eye was nearly swollen shut, and the bridge of his nose was about twice it's usual size.
I took him to the Ped. and she says he was probably just allergic to whatever bit him; gave him some Benadryl, some antibiotic eyedrops, and said to watch it. You can't see it is the pictures because he is lookingup at me, but his eyelid looks blistered, and even underneath the eye is swollen. It dosen't seem to be bothering him though. And the medication which was supposed to make him drousy hasn't had any effect, even after two doses.
